Sledding at Carter Park: A day playing in the snow is a free way to enjoy the outdoors while giving your legs a break from skiing. Many of Breckenridge’s restaurants are on OpenTable, and we suggest booking ahead of time, especially for Valentine’s Day. If you’re going to a restaurant that doesn’t accept reservations, plan to arrive a little earlier than normal and expect a wait. Put your name down early and then take a relaxing stroll down Main Street to look at the holiday lights up year-round. Warm up with hot cocoa from one of the many coffee shops in town and visit Breckenridge’s unique, locally owned boutiques.
If you prefer to stay in, order take-out from one of the many delicious restaurants in town.
