Families of all ages can have a seemingly endless list of trails to explore and thrilling activities to create new experiences. Families with older kids will love high adrenaline activities like white water rafting, zip-lining throughout the mountains, and hitting the trails for some serious views, while families with younger kids will appreciate the town’s easy access to gentle hiking trails (including a trip to the one and only neighborhood troll Isak Heartstone), parks, and fishing spots.

Snowshoe Fun!

Wake up to dazzling fresh snow in the Rockies! At Breckenridge Ski Resort, explore all 5 peaks with well-groomed slopes. Kids 3 and up can learn to ski or snowboard at the Breckenridge Ski and Ride School. Families can activate their adventure senses with a snowmobile tour, dog sled ride, or guided snowshoe tours.
