Global Breckenridge
Oct 09 – 10

Join us as we celebrate Breckenridge’s exploding dining scene and award-winning chefs. Global Breckenridge is a new culinary-focused event, consisting of two evenings set against the Colorado mountain landscape. Every chef, every dish, every pour — shaped by live flame. It is a return to the elemental — smoke, char, and intention, across the world’s culinary traditions.

Global by Taste Network is a celebration of culture across world cuisine. Every chef, every dish, every pour — shaped by coals and embers. Not a festival trick. Not a theme. The oldest cooking method on earth, given the reverence it has always deserved.
In 2026, that premise comes to Breckenridge — where we’re building a community around one of the most ancient cooking formats, in a town that knows what it means to gather at altitude.
2026 Schedule

One evening at Country Boy Mine in Breckenridge — a historic venue whose walls are written into the mountain itself. This is an individual, project-based cooking evening: your station, your vision, chef stipend provided. The program centers on sustainable Westholme Wagyu, local Colorado proteins, wood-fired oysters, and fresh caviar — all ember-kissed. 250 curated guests, sunset over the valley.
This event is sold out.

The morning belongs to the town. Five themes — fat tire, gravel, road, a chef-led in-town hike, and a destination hike — each hosted by a local brewery, restaurant, distillery, or guide out of their own space. Hosts set their own price, sell their own tickets, and keep every dollar. Twenty-five percent goes to Matt Vawter’s Bikes for Kids and PeopleForBikes. Move, gather, eat, reset — then Ridge Street at 4:00 pm.
Time: 10:00am – 2:30pm
Location: Throughout Breckenridge
Cost: Determined by business providers

Parking & Transportation
Where can I park?
The most convenient (and FREE though mid-Nov.) parking will be in the South Gondola Parking Structure at 150 Watson Avenue. The rest of Breckenridge’s downtown lots are paid and traditionally fill up fast. Guests should plan to arrive early and park in the same spot for the day or bike, bus or shuttle in from their lodging properties. Ridge Street will be closed Saturday, October 10th, so please plan accordingly.
How do I get around?
While we recommend going carless in Breckenridge, if you do need to rent or drive your car, make sure you visit GoI70.com to learn the best times to travel to avoid congestion. The Breck FreeRide bus picks up and drops off throughout Breckenridge, and the Summit Stage bus connects Breckenridge and its surrounding towns. Once you are here, we recommend exploring by foot/bike or taking the Breckenridge FreeRide transportation throughout the day. Most hotels have free shuttles into downtown, too!
