Coa Cantina

Coa cantina’s food, like its space, is a Colorado-twist on classic Mexican Cantina flavors and fare. The local owners have dedicated to finding the best mezcal and curating specialized agave-forward cocktails (especially delicious during their generous happy hour.) Find Coa Cantina off the beaten path on Airport Road for a fantastic local Breckenridge experience.

The Prospector

Step into the 1920s art-deco era at Prospector Gastropub. Located on Main Street in the historic Whitehead Building, built in 1892 as a minors lodge, this trendy spot is a smash for date night or GNO. Prospector has quickly become known for its cozy atmosphere, extensive cocktail list, and delicious bites from both the small plates and shareable menus.

The Horseshoe

Serving up “Brex-Mex” in a two-story historic building on Main Street, this woman-owned business offers up Colorado-infused twists on Mexican classics paired with mezcal served over its 98-year-old Brunswick Bar. Visit The Horseshoe for its meals, margs, and its stunning rooftop patio – a perfect combination for après and mountain views.

The Carlin & Tavern Underground

Surrounded by the attraction of Breckenridge, this luxury inn offers a restaurant, tavern, and guest rooms – designed for an unforgettable hospitality experience. The main level of The Carlin hosts an all-new open kitchen concept – a perfectly posh dining affair fit for fine diners and families alike. The lower tavern level introduces a tastefully designed, modern-meets-casual take on classic American tavern culture.

Tin Plate & Three Daughters Pizza

Housed within a restored mining cabin that was originally built in 1883, Tin Plate pizza is Breckenridge’s newest upscale pizza restaurant specializing in quality ingredients, elevated spirits, and local beers. Believe it or not, this was also the home for the town’s gold assayer and the historic property where Tom’s Baby was kept overnight before its train transfer to a bank in Denver. It’s been carefully restored and brought to modern day, perfect for a cozy date or fun with friends on the patio. If you’re looking for a grab-and-go option, visit Three Daughters Pizza. It’s their walk-up window next door for New York-style pizza by the slice.

La Francaise Bistrot & Bakery

At La Française Bistrot, they bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, La Francaise shares the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. Shelves of pastries are a mouth watering ode to French baking traditions and add a delicate treat to your day.

Oaxacan Bites

Pick up quick and easy Mexican bites at Breckenridge’s newest food stand, right on North Main Street. Perfect for a stroll along Main Street or a quick place to soak up some sun.

Bird and Cow

Come for the food, stay for the view. Bird and Cow on Ridge Street is from the boys who brought you Robbie’s Tavern and The Canteen. True to their name, they’ve got everything you can dream of from cheesesteaks or the seven spice rubbed wings.

Rootstalk is a new American restaurant, where Doma 1898 once lived, serving 2024 James Beard Award Winning Chef Matt Vawter’s take on elevated everyday dining. Focusing on lunch and dinner services, they serve up approachable seasonal food, thoughtfully curated wine and beverage lists, and creative and fun libations.

Radicato

Another curation of Matt Vawter, Radicato bursts with life featuring Mountain Italian cuisine. Seasonal menu items feature Colorado-grown produce and create new flavor combinations ready to devour. Radicato provides warm and comfortable hospitality that aims to create memorable dining experiences.
